1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all online sales made on the website www.sleekee.store.
They define the rights and obligations of Sleekee™ and its customers in the context of online product sales.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible on the website.
Images, videos, and other visuals are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in Pound Sterling (GBP £), taxes included.
Sleekee™ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but orders will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of purchase.
4. Orders
Placing an order on www.sleekee.store implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email summarising the purchase details.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via the methods available on the website, including credit/debit card, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are indicated on the checkout page and are provided for reference only.
Sleekee™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond its control (customs, strikes, weather, etc.).
7. Right of Withdrawal (UK Consumers)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product — without providing any reason.
Customers then have an additional 14 days to return the item in its original condition and packaging (including accessories).
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of shipment.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.
8. Warranty
Products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable international consumer protection laws.
9. Liability
Sleekee™ shall not be held liable for damages arising from improper use of the purchased product or non-compliance with usage instructions.
10. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the order process is necessary for fulfilling the transaction and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by international law, under the framework of consumer protection regulations applicable in the United Kingdom.
In the event of a dispute, both parties will seek an amicable resolution before any legal action is taken.
