If you experience any issue with your order, our team is here to help you every step of the way.


Right of Withdrawal (UK Customers)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation required.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories or manuals.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Exceptions (Non-returnable items)

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalised or custom products

  • Opened hygiene or wellness products (such as tapes, masks, or bodywear)
